The penthouse room offered breathtaking views of the river, making mornings unforgettable. I loved the comfortable bed. I even took photos of the pillows to find them at home. Claudia, a staff member, was exceptionally helpful in arranging our tours, especially the one to Lake Sandoval, which was the highlight of our trip. The swimming pool area was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day of excursions. Breakfast, included in our stay, was a pleasant surprise with a good variety. However, I noticed some issues that could enhance the experience. The bathroom shower lacked a curtain, resulting in water splattering everywhere. A mini fridge in the room would have been a nice touch for keeping drinks cold. The restaurant service could be improved, particularly during busy hours, as it felt slower than expected. Overall, despite a few inconveniences, the stay was enjoyable due to the stunning location and fantastic tours.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute treat for our family of six, including four babies! The breathtaking views of the river and the tranquil atmosphere made our time relaxing. Every morning, we enjoyed delicious breakfasts that set us up for our daily adventures.
For dads, it would be great if there was a mini fridge in the room.

The penthouse was awesome! The views of the river were stunning 😍. Really loved chilling by the pool after our adventures. Breakfast was a treat with so many options, but the restaurant could be a bit slow at times. Also, a mini fridge in the room would have been perfect for cold drinks!

Staying in a penthouse twin room provided breathtaking views of the river, a perfect way to start each day. Breakfast featured a delightful spread of fresh fruits and options like pancakes, making every meal special. However, the restaurant service was inconsistent, leading to longer wait times during busy hours. It would be beneficial to have air conditioning in the rooms to manage the humidity better. A mini fridge would enhance the experience, as keeping drinks cold is essential in the heat.

Just a reliable pick for a weekend stopover in Puerto Maldonado with good price-quality ratio. The mornings were fantastic with a stunning balcony view of the river, making sipping coffee a delight. Bring some insect repellent for evening outings, as the local bugs can be quite persistent!
